	Always clean, rinse and carefully dry your hands before handling your contact lenses.
	Keep your fingernails clipped to avoid accidentally scratching and damaging your eye.
	Put in your contact lenses before applying makeup.
	Remove your contact lenses before removing eye makeup (Prefer water based cosmetics rather then oil-based creams).
	For care product respect the expiry date and the date after opening.
	Keep your lens case clean and replace it at least every 3 months.

	Never use tap water or saliva.
	Don’t  switch care regimens without consulting your eye doctor. Some products are not compatible with each other, or with certain contact lenses. Using incompatible products could ruin your contact lenses or harm your eyes.
	Don't "top off" your old solution.
